Many people still think of Las Vegas as the Gambling Capital of the USA if not the world, and it is. But it's so much more today than you might imagine unless you live in Vegas or have a business office here. The NEW Las Vegas has become an ultimate testing grounds (R&D) for all the latest consumer technology from autonomous vehicles to advanced robotics, AI, next gen video technology, 3D Printing to the latest iteration of manufactured micro-housing.

Some notable business leaders utilizing Las Vegas for BETA site and R&D are Jeff Bezos of Amazon and Elon Musk of The Boring Company. Amazon is testing Zoox, while Google is testing Wamo, as Musk leverages FSD and RoboTaxi plus Boring Tunnel along with various AI projects. 

Digital Assets have a verry strong home base in Las Vegas and growing significantly. Not only are there various large conventions held here on Crypto, but often new launches are frequently kicked off in Las Vegas.  Tom Lee's new Bitmine Immersion Technologies, an Ethereum Treasury Company, is based in Las Vegas.  

The other day, I attended a kickoff of a new cryptocurrency, a digital platform that combines AI with Crypto, platforming out AI driven home mortgage search with custom optimization for the best rates and programs available to the buyer. Basically a buyer can apply to this AI Crypto Platform and go through all the home mortgage qualification elements and have multiple proposals sent via this crypto system.  

Las Vegas is a unique place to discover a plethora of new technologies that are simply unable to be viewed and tested in one place anywhere else in the USA in a concentrated area.  More companies are relocating and starts ups are percolating.  Every year at CES, the world's largest Tech Trade Show,  held in Las Vegas, attendees are able to see new tech driven products, new associated services and new disruptive solutions from all over the world, live and in person.  Our Tech Hub allows Alpine Equity Fund Group to perform another level of  research and due diligence on seriously disruptive companies, digital platforms, blockchains and industries.  

Las Vegas is home to the Nations first soon to be high speed rail Brightline, a 200 MPH transport between Vegas and Southern California. This project has been fully funded and is expected to be operational this decade, meaning complete and transporting millions of people between Southern California and Vegas, starting in 2028 or soon thereafter - it's  coming to Vegas!
